An IT solutions provider, run by technicians, not salesmen.

Who is our target audience:

Primarily the small to medium end-user business, but we're there to help anyone who requires a quality IT assistance, quick. We ask the question, where do you go when you need help with your systems? We feel there is very little choice for the SME, the opposite ends of the spectrum are on offer, either the friend's son who is at college on "some computer course", or the likes of IBM, who seem completely unapproachable. At bookanengineer, we aim to give the small business a different option, somewhere down the middle.

How are we different:

Firstly, we do a good job. Having a good techie is like having a good plumber, you always end up needing one and you're lucky if you already know one that you can trust. We aim to be that plumber. Secondly, we're trying to make life simple, making it easy to locate an engineer on-line, to get someone on-site, to see a price. We aim to do the job first, and ask questions later.
