This service provides pre-planned, structured IT assistance.

Where our express service offers to put a man on-site with as little customer interaction as is technically possible, the professional service is a more conventional form of IT outsourcing. Every job is discussed in full with the customer, pre-planned and priced in relation to the amount of work required, difficulty of work, number of days etc. The target customer for this service is one who has time to design a solution, as opposed to needing someone to address an existing systems failure.

The Professional Service is provided on a day-rate basis, divided into three seperate grading levels. The differing grades represent the level of difficulty associated with the required solution, some jobs are obviously more taxing that others, will take more time than others, so we attempt to price accordingly.

The custom nature of the Professional package means we cannot offer this service for on-line purchase, grading is designated by our engineers at design-time. Pricing for the service is detailed below.
